Located at the corner of Mary Arches Street and Bartholomew Street, The Neighbourhood, is a stylish and ultra-modern student accommodation in Exeter. With a mix of studios and shared apartments, study spaces, and buzzing social areas, on-site cinema room, laundry and a well-equipped gym.
The Project Hutt were involved with the completion of this 129 room accommodation after the principal contractor had gone into liquidation. Under the expert consultation of We are Ease, phase one was completed in late 2019. With an on-site management team, we are now under construction on phase 2, a further 30 rooms being built across the road.
