Located in the heart of Brighton's famous Lanes, The Projects is a collaborative workspace and members club. Consisting of four floors of space, the centre has private office, co-working and hot-desking options, meeting rooms and venue hire and boasts a wealth of amenities.
The site was 2 adjoining buildings, one was grade II listed. The buildings were both in need of a full refit so a full strip out was conducted. The listed side was sympathetically refurbished to a traditional style with fireplaces, radiators and antique handrails, whilst the 'new' side was opened up, extended and modernised with smart lighting, contemporary bathrooms and kitchens and HVAC. The Project Hutt managed the many sub contractors involved throughout the process. The team at Ethos Property provided the overall concept, Amelia Heggie of Studio Denim provided the interior vision and design.
